New Holder Features
Subscriptions
You can now configure different subscription types for emails and wallet messages. This allows you to segment your customer communications and tailor the experience a bit more, particularly when it comes to allowing your contacts to subscribe/unsubscribe to what they care about.
It also allows end users to easily manage their subscriptions via XMTP messages or unsubscribe to unwanted messages by replying “STOP” to any Holder customers’ wallet addresses. As spam has become an emerging challenge in the XMTP ecosystem, we believe this is a must-need solution for any brand sending wallet messages. We continue to work with the XMTP ecosystem on eliminating spam from the system and helping drive permission-based messaging.
Contact Profile
Our new contact profile offers you an expanded view into an individual contact. It includes a fresh design and a more holistic viewing experience to really dive into the nitty gritty.
Notes
Speaking of the new contact profile, you'll find a new tab for taking notes on a contact. These are isolated to your account and allow you to store meeting notes or other information about a contact with other users in the account.
Duplicate Messages
No more wasting time copying and pasting information between two different tabs, you can now duplicate emails and wallet messages directly from their respective list views! Thanks to Michael and the VaynerSports team for advocating for this feature.
